About the event
By the end of the day, you and your team will be inspired and motivated to take action and elevate your business from Good to Great, with a focus on:
- Team Communication: Expand your awareness on how you perceive others and how others perceive you. Leave the session more connected to each other and with tangible strategies on how to strengthen your team and grow yourselves from good to great.
- Team Development Levels: Involve the whole team in assessing where your teams’ development level is currently at. Create strategies together towards moving to the next level.
- Patient Communication: By building on your behavioural style, Good to Great empowers the team to tailor their communication so that patients listen, trust, respect and keep coming back.
This workshop is specifically designed for teams to attend together, minimum numbers apply.
