The session incorporates practical tools like the SCARF model to enhance team harmony while exploring Cialdini’s principles of influence. Authentic leadership topics such as accountability, vulnerability and boundary-setting will also be covered.
Through interactive exercises incorporating LEGO Serious Play, you'll practice fostering positive team dynamics and building personal credibility.
