About the event
At the Academy, we often say: "You can’t excel at the game until you fully understand the rules." As an Associate, understanding the practice systems running in the background is critical on many levels. However, especially early in our careers, many of us have little idea how these systems work. They impact our daily activities and have the power to transform our practice, influencing efficiency, stress levels, production, patient experience, and personal satisfaction, for better or for worse.
