Virtual Classroom 1: Lead with Business Confidence

What Participants Will Learn:

• Which business metrics matter in a dental practice — and why

• How to read, interpret and influence KPIs to link team performance with financial outcomes

• How to give performance feedback using the STAR model (Situation, Task, Action, Result)

• How to be more receptive to receiving feedback for ongoing development

• Ways to balance the fine line between micromanagement and empowering your team

Virtual Classroom 2: Shift from Operational to Strategic Leadership

What Participants Will Learn:

• The difference between operational and strategic leadership in a dental practice context

• Practical tools such as the Strategic Shift Ladder and the 5 Whys Diagnostic Method

• How to build your own leadership identity and pathway

• Mentoring and developing your team as a long-term growth strategy

• How to find and use your strategic voice to influence owners, dentists and colleagues

• How to begin developing your strategic leadership contract to set out your next steps

The online program runs for two weeks and will be delivered online via the Zoom platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and specially designed videos that you can watch at your own pace. This program gives the participants several opportunities to skills practice in smaller groups. Each participant must log into their PrimeLearn account and complete the modules in consecutive order, including videos and quizzes to gain access to CPD points and certificates.

You must attend both virtual classrooms live, this program doesn't offer a recording of the live sessions.
