The online program runs for two weeks, Wednesday 9 & 16 September 2026 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm AEST

Created to develop confident, compassionate, and accountable leaders, this course explores the skills and mindsets needed to build strong relationships and high-performing teams. You'll learn how to:

• How to lead people confidently and compassionately

• Foster accountability within your team

• Create psychological safety that enables individuals and teams to thrive

Virtual Classroom 1: Lead People Confidently and Compassionately

What Participants Will Learn:

• Identify and adapt your communication style

• Use Radical Candor and coaching models

• Navigate conflict with confidence

• Build team relationships grounded in respect

  
  

Virtual Classroom 2: Lead with Accountability and Create Psychological Safety

What Participants Will Learn:

• Promote ownership without micromanagement

• Create a safe environment using the 4 Cs (Connection, Clarity, Consistency, Curiosity)

• Encourage openness and learning from mistakes

• Hold others accountable with fairness and clarity

The online program runs for two weeks and will be delivered online via the Zoom platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and specially designed videos that you can watch at your own pace. This program gives the participants several opportunities to skills practice in smaller groups. Each participant must log into their PrimeLearn account and complete the modules in consecutive order, including videos and quizzes to gain access to CPD points and certificates.

You must attend both virtual classrooms live, this program doesn't offer a recording of the live sessions.
