Sue began her dental career over 20 years ago in a busy orthodontic practice in Melbourne, where she held a variety of roles including audio typist, front office coordinator, office manager, and ultimately, practice manager. After 14 years in practice, she transitioned to a role with a major dental corporate, where she drew on her management experience and worked with a team identifying operational challenges, developing strategic plans, and supporting and training practice managers and their teams to achieve their full potential. Sue also played a key role in integrating privately owned practices into the corporate environment and assisted in launching new practices. Having attended numerous Prime Practice courses throughout her career and experienced firsthand the value they offer, Sue is now thrilled to be part of the Prime Practice team.
