Service Description
The Patient Experience (PX) has become the key point of difference and is your new competitive edge. Learn how to take the patient experience to a higher level by creating a patient-focussed culture. The online program is a total of three modules and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement. What will be covered: Module 1 - Patient Focussed Culture (2 hours) • Exploring the purpose of a Patient Focussed Vision and Culture. • Understanding patient behaviours. • Shaping the practice systems and protocols through the eyes of the patient. • Monitor and measure the impact of a Patient Focussed strategy. Module 2 - The Patient Journey (2 hours) • Identification of patient touch points that will optimise the patient journey. • “Walk of the Patient” - Creating an aligned and consistent experience at each touch point of the patient journey, incorporating protocols that will optimise the patient experience. Module 3 - Creating Patients for Life (2 hours) • Five Phases for building loyal long-term loyal patient relationships. • Diagnostics to assist in identifying gaps and inconsistencies in the Patient Experience. • Equip the team with tools and processes that will empower them to avoid and solve problems during patient interactions.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 4 weeks prior to the event a 25% refund is available for cancellations or applicants are able to transfer to another Prime Practice workshop (at the same cost) free of charge. No refund will be given for cancellations made with less than 4 weeks notice. Cancellations must be received in writing. Substitution of delegates can occur at any time at no cost.
