Boost your leadership capabilities and realise your full potential and the potential of your team and practice. Self-awareness is a vital capability for leadership. Learn and practise a flexible leadership style in order to respond to team members’ different development levels and to the ever-changing external demands and influences. The online program is a total of three modules and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement. What will be covered: Module 1 - Coaching Styles – Agile and Flexible (2 hours) • Awareness of your preferred leadership style to help you to understand why you lead the way you do. • The purpose of applying an appropriate coaching leadership style for different situations to achieve the outcomes you want. Module 2 - Self Awareness - Leadership and Team (2 hours) • The importance of self-awareness and managing your own emotions, thoughts and behaviours and how they affect actions. • Identify the pros and cons of workplace behavioural styles, in order to set you and your team up for success. • How to lead your team more effectively by understanding their specific workplace behavioural styles. Module 3 - Coaching for Success (2 hours) • Understand how to unleash the individual and team potential and capabilities through coaching • Work with a four-step coaching model to significantly improve the performance of your team members. • Create a culture of team success through coaching and feedback.
