Workshops

The Prime Practice Management Programme is made up of the Practice Owner's Workshop (which can be done as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Programme) in January, May, August and November followed by the 9 workshops below. Some are for the whole team, some are for dentists only, and some are for team members responsible for specific systems.

Workshop 2

Sections of Workshop 4 have been integrated into the new Prime Practice 3 x 3 stream program. Alternatively, much of the Hygiene content is closely mirrored in the Hygiene Communication Intensive. Take your PrimeSpeak skills to a new level. This workshop covers

  • PrimeSpeak review - communications techniques introduced at the PrimeSpeak 3-day Seminar are further developed and practiced, including the entire new patient exam. There is an opportunity to receive feedback from the Prime Practice team, as well as team members.
  • Feedback for skills practice - how to give and receive feedback effectively during skills practice sessions.
  • Review - review theory, tools and techniques of the pre-clinical discussion, the clinical exam & the consultation.
  • Skills practice - Practice various new patient exam scenarios. This will enable you to finesse your communication skills and increase your effectiveness as well as building stronger relationships in the shortest possible time.
