Workshops
The Prime Practice Management Programme is made up of the Practice Owner's Workshop (which can be done as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Programme) in January, May, August and November followed by the 9 workshops below. Some are for the whole team, some are for dentists only, and some are for team members responsible for specific systems.
Workshop 2
Both our new Team Systems Workshop and Front Office Training contain content from Workshop 2. Workshop 3
Our new Patient Communications Workshop closely mirrors Workshop 3 content and will be held around Australia and New Zealand throughout the year.
Workshop 4
Sections of Workshop 4 have been integrated into the new Prime Practice 3 x 3 stream program. Alternatively, much of the Hygiene content is closely mirrored in the Hygiene Communication Intensive. If you are looking for specific content from Workshop 4 to revisit, please advise your coach and they will direct you to a suitable alternative.
Workshop 5
Both our new Team Management Strategies and Business Management Strategies workshops contain content from Workshop 5. Workshop 6
Both our new Team Communication and Best Practice Phone Skills contain content from Workshop 6. These workshops will be travelling Australia and New Zealand this year. Our new Team Management Strategies, Business Management Strategies and Leadership Skills all contain content from Workshop 7.

Workshop 8 content will be mostly found in Team Communications, however some sections are also found in Team Systems and Leadership and Leveraging.

Take your PrimeSpeak skills to a new level. This workshop covers
- PrimeSpeak review - communications techniques introduced at the PrimeSpeak 3-day Seminar are further developed and practiced, including the entire new patient exam. There is an opportunity to receive feedback from the Prime Practice team, as well as team members.
- Feedback for skills practice - how to give and receive feedback effectively during skills practice sessions.
- Review - review theory, tools and techniques of the pre-clinical discussion, the clinical exam & the consultation.
- Skills practice - Practice various new patient exam scenarios. This will enable you to finesse your communication skills and increase your effectiveness as well as building stronger relationships in the shortest possible time.
