The Prime Practice Management Program is made up of the Practice Owner's Workshop (which can be done as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Program) held in February, May, August, September (in Auckland) and October followed by the 9 core workshops below. The workshop sequence will depend upon your start month and is tailored to your requirements.
