Workshops
The Prime Practice Management Programme is made up of the Practice Owner's Workshop (which can be done as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Programme) held in February, May, July and October followed by the 9 core workshops below. Recommended Elective Workshop Sequence
The elective workshops listed below are suggestions to best support your progress in the programme. For example, during Stream A, it is also recommended to undertake Front Office Training and PrimeSpeak 3-Day Seminar.
