Terms and conditions

To avoid disappointment, please do not book travel and or accommodation until your registration is confirmed by Prime Practice. Cancellations received with more than one month's notice prior to Practice Owner's Workshop, there is a $500 cancellation fee. For cancellations received with less than one month's notice prior to the workshop, there is no refund.

This agreement enrolls me in the Practice Management Program. This agreement can be broken at will, but one calendar month's notice is required in writing.
Following Practice Owner's Workshop, this agreement can be terminated within 7 days without requiring one calendar month's notice. Your second monthly instalment is due on the 1st of the month after your first workshop (i.e. Practice Owner's Workshop or Team Systems).
The Practice Management Program covers a maximum of 7 team members plus the Principal Dentist at any Team workshop. If you would like to bring along more than 7 team members to any workshop, you will be charged an additional $250 + GST per person per day (this is not applicable to on-site workshops and Team Systems).
