Clinically I have never doubted my skills, but when it came to practice management, all I had gleaned prior to joining Prime, was obtained by osmosis. Guess what? Osmosis sucks!
Prime Practice has enabled me not only to structure my life and dental practice, but has also enabled me to deliver a better service to my patients. I just wish I could have done this programme when I graduated in 1979!
