I found the workshop very easy to understand and very motivational. It also gave me a clear understanding of where my new employer and team mates were heading with their ideas and the way they wanted to run the practice. The group discussions also allowed me to see a more personal side to my co-workers. It was definitely a positive experience that will benefit me professionally and personally.
