I recently attended the Prime Speak 1 course @ LVI. I must tell you this is definitely the best dental course I have taken in my 35 years of dentistry. The first day back we implemented a number of positive changes. I find myself reading my manual daily and am looking forward to going back to repeat the program in a couple of months with our whole staff.
