This workshop will cover:

  • Results analysis - analyse any improvements since joining the management programme and determine how the implementation of systems and communication skills has impacted your practice. Find out what needs to be continued, strengthened, reduced or altered. 
  • Board meeting – identify a key concern within your practice and generate possible causes. Actions will be created to enable you and your practice to move forward. 
  • Referral protocols - Referring to specialists is often essential, but it can cause you lots of headaches. Smart protocols will prevent a variety of problems that can occur when you refer a patient to another clinician. 
  • Using Dental Photobank - This unique service is free to Prime clients. Learn how to use it effectively so that the patient benefits by choosing appropriate treatment. It can also be used as a communications tool by your team members and save you a lot of time. 
  • Stress and time management - understand the implications and causes of stress, and become aware of the importance of maintaining good physical and mental health. Review various strategies of self-management to reduce the negative impact of stress and poor time management
