(suitable for Principal Dentist and Employee Dentist)

Take your PrimeSpeak skills to a new level. This workshop will cover:

• PrimeSpeak skills - communications techniques introduced at the PrimeSpeak 3-day Seminar are further developed and practiced, including the entire new patient exam.
• Feedback - receive feedback from the Prime Practice team.
• Give and receive feedback - learn how to give and receive feedback effectively during skills practice sessions.
• Theory, tools and techniques - review the pre-clinical discussion, the clinical exam & the consultation.
• Skills practice various new patient exam scenarios. This will enable you to finesse your communication skills and increase your effectiveness as well as building stronger relationships in the shortest possible time
