This is a very interactive workshop, practicing real life scenarios. This workshop will cover:

• Delegation - why delegate when I am better off doing it myself? Reduce the personal barriers to delegation. Apply a structured approach to delegating, using effective follow-up techniques.
• Common leadership challenges - what interactions do you keep putting off?
• Setting clear team expectations - learn how to create motivated and productive team members and minimise conflict by communicating what is expected of each team member in terms of performance and behaviour.
• Communication tools - increase your leadership effectiveness and pre-empt conflict by using effective and proven communication tools, including Transactional Analysis and the Positive Framework model. Your skills and knowledge will be increased by practicing various communication scenarios.
