Serena Cheong - BSc MBA

Serena brings a wealth of events and conference management experience to support and maintain the high standard of service our clients experience at Prime workshops.

Prior to joining Prime's administration team Serena worked at the 5 star level of hospitality in the role of Events Manager for both the Singapore Hotel Association and the Four Seasons, here in Sydney. With over 7 years in the hospitality events business she was then headhunted by the Committee for Economic Development of Australia, a top business'think tank' with members from some of Australia's top 500 companies to manage their diverse conference program.

With a BA in science and a Masters in Business Administration as well as a strong exposure to numerous software applications she will also add great value to the analytical and tracking components of the Prime Program. Serena's high attention to 'customer satisfaction' has been a driving force in her initial chosen career and was a main attraction for her in accepting our invitation to join the Prime Team.
