Anita has worked as a Management Consultant for more than 16 years dealing primarily in design, implementation and delivery of Leadership and Management solutions. Her clients have included: The Institute of Management at The University of NSW, Qantas, Westpac Corporation, Zurich Financial Services, Hanimex Corporation, Australian Army, BT Financial Group, Stanwell Corporation & Australia Post.

Since joining Prime Practice 5 years ago, Anita has rewritten the Prime Practice workshops and curriculum and delivered training programs to thousands of dentists, across every state of Australia, as well as New Zealand, Vietnam and the USA.

Anita has also coached and mentored all the Prime Practice trainers, coaches and administration team and been instrumental to the growth of the organization.
