Front office training

This one-day course teaches improved systems and skills for the team to prevent problems from happening in the course of the day, leading to a more relaxed and fun atmosphere at work.

Our research shows that most untrained staff simply respond to patients’ questions. They try to get off the phone as quickly as possible to deal with other pressing issues.

You will leave with a stronger sense of control in all interactions with patients.
