Will I be committed to a long contract?
There are no long term commitments, you can stay as long as you are getting value from the Practice Management Program. Most of our clients stay with us for many years maintaining Prime Practice as a cash-flow positive expense.
Do you have customized solutions?
Each and every one of our clients is a unique individual with a unique practice, facing different challenges and with different aspirations.
The first thing we do with a new client is a detailed practice analysis to find out where they are and where they want to be. We work with you to create short and long term goals for creating your ideal dental practice and through our workshops, consultation calls and support we structure a consulting program for each unique situation.
Where was your program developed?
Our entire program has been created from scratch in Australia for the Australasian dental market. We are wholly Australian owned.
Other Practice Management Companies seem to be run by non-dentists. Do you have any dentists working at Prime?
Prime Practice is run by dentists for dentists.
What happens if I need more coaching calls?
We don't charge for any extra time spent on coaching calls.
If I get new staff, how can I keep them up to date?
As a client, you are not charged for workshop revisits. All your new and old staff can revisit any workshop at any time at no charge.
Can New Zealand Dentists count your courses towards NZDA continuing education credits?
Most Prime Practice workshops are accredited by the NZDA and can be counted towards Continuing Education Certificates in New Zealand. You will receive a certificate with the details at the workshop.
Within 2 years, our average dentist client has increased their 'take home' pay by a factor of 2.3. So, if the take home was $300,000.00 before Prime, it was $690,000.00 after 2 years.
Was this growth due to longer hours?
No. Our average client decreased their hours 15%. So on a 48-week year, they typically worked 6 weeks less.
I make enough money. Why should I do this?
Our clients have different needs. Some may want to:
- Increase their income
- Increase their efficiency (reduce hours and maintain income)
- Reduce stress
- Create practice management templates in order to integrate new staff and clinicians
- Improve their leadership and verbal skills.( Some just want to be the best they can be)
We satisfy all of these needs and all clients get an additional bonus...control.
In order to gain real control, you need a deep understanding of your practice numbers. What can you afford to buy? When should you expand? What's working? What isn't? You'll be able to make intelligent decisions with the certainty that can only be grounded in facts.
I am on holidays for the month of February, can I not pay that month's fees?
The fees that Prime Practice charges every month are calculated by working out the costs of: workshops (including venue hire, workbooks, catering, travelling for your workshops, presenting workshops), coaching support for the year, IT support for things such as web-based reporting PLUS all additional services and offerings (seminars, etc). This figure is then divided by 12 to space the payments over the span of a year.
The program benefits are spread unevenly over the year, but it would be impossible to calculate different costs every month.
